LAMY Shop extends the guarantee period by an entire year from 2 to 3 years!

The free repair of any possible material or manufacturing defect is valid for 3 years from the purchase date in the case of purchases from the LAMY Shop, excluding damage caused by improper handling and natural wear and tear. 

Should you experience problems with your writing instrument during this period, please contact us at service@lamyshop.se and we will advise the next steps in solving your issue.

In the rare circumstance you receive a faulty or damaged product upon delivery, please lodge a return within 30 days (via:service@lamyshop.se) and we will arrange to have the item replaced. All faulty/damaged goods must be returned to us for inspection. We will cover all postage costs for return and replace, or provide a full refund. 

Please note: we take no responsibility for the product purchased from other unauthorized e-shops (Amazon, Ebay etc.).
