Terms and Conditions

When you shop with us, VAT is always included and we offer free shipping over SEK 499. For smaller orders there will be a delivery charge of SEK 39. We supply all products and accessories throughout Sweden.

Freight forwarders

The delivery time is usually about 2-7 working days. We always do everything we can to keep the estimated delivery time, so that you get your products home as quickly as possible. However, sometimes it may take a little longer than expected, for example, if we have to wait for delivery from the supplier. But we will deliver your order as soon as we can. Keep in mind that you as a customer should always be able to show identification when picking up the products.

Delivery Confirmation

When we have received your order you will receive an order confirmation from us via email. You will also receive an email with confirmation of delivery in connection with the product (s) leaving our warehouse. Your order will be delivered by Postnord or by Fedex. Any collision notification will be sent via SMS or email. 

If a transport injury should occur, we ask you to report the damage to our customer service via email or telephone. We follow the guidelines of the Consumer Agency and the notification must be made within a reasonable time after the buyer has noticed or should have noticed the error. It is therefore important that you unpack and inspect your products carefully. For companies, notification of transport damage must have been received within seven days.
In order for the case to be handled as quickly as possible, we ask that you keep the product packaging so that it can be inspected. Depending on the extent of the damage, a re-delivery, remedy or price deduction is made.

Pick-up by yourself in store

If you do not have the opportunity to be home and adjust the delivery times of the freight forwarders, you can choose pick-up in store by yourself as a delivery method at checkout. Then you get your products yourself in our store in Stockhom on Tgnérgatan 15 when it suits you. Note. see the store's opening hours. 
When you choose pick-up by yourself in store, you pay your products with the desired payment method in the webshop's cash register. Please note that we will send you an email as well as an SMS as soon as the products have been developed and ready to be retrieved, so that you do not need to go out unnecessarily. Please note that the order returns to our central warehouse 14 days after you received the first notification.Our stores can be found open weekdays between 11.30am and 5pm.

Express delivery

The delivery method Express Delivery (Postnord Varubrev Priority) can be offered to customers in large parts of the country but not to addresses that require boat transport.

Greater Stockholm
With the Express Delivery, you who live in the Greater Stockholm home delivery will receive the same evening if you order before 10 am. 14.00. Delivery only takes place on weekend-free weekdays between 10.00 and 16.00. 5 pm and 9 pm.

Rest of Sweden
If you live in the rest of Sweden, you will receive home delivery the day after (during the evening) if you order before 11am. 14.00. Delivery only takes place on weekend-free weekdays between 10.00 and 16.00. 5 pm and 9 pm. If you order on a holiday, delivery will take place during the second working day after your order.

You as a customer are notified about 30 minutes before delivery. All products in an order must be in stock in order for the Express Delivery method to be possible. The cost of Express Delivery is SEK 49 per order.
